Rick Ross sued for concert no show

Here we go again.

A rapper is getting sued

Cue the file footage.

The unlucky man is Rick Ross, who is being accused of reneging on concert obligations.

TMZ reports that the Miami rapper is being sued by Washington County Family Entertainment, which hired Ross to do a concert at Wild Things Park in Washington, Pennsylvania, but the Miami native bailed two days before the gig, citing health and family issues.

WCFE says it paid Ross an upfront fee of $150,000, but that he only gave back half. Ross’ booking agency disagrees with that figure and said the contract was flexible, as in there was a rain check clause.
