Reggaeton star Zion just dropped almost $2 million on a Miami crib. What’s it like?

Zion’s living the good life, for sure.

The reggaeton star currently has a hit, collaborating with J Balvin, “No es Justo,” he signed a deal with Marc Anthony’s Magnus Media talent agency, and recently collaborated with Lin Manuel Miranda to help his homeland of Puerto Rico.

Zion (real name Felix Ortiz) also just dropped some major coin on a new Miami house.


The 37 year old performer, of the Latin pop duo Zion & Lennox, recently purchased a Pinecrest-area home for a cool $1.9 million.  The deal was brokered by Luis Dominguez of Douglas Elliman Real Estate; the listing agent Hilda Jacobson.

Located at 6480 SW 84th St., the sleek crib has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a family room, formal dining area, stunning pool, Italian- designed Mia Cucina kitchen, two car garage and massive backyard.


The property was designed by award-winning architect Roney Mateu, who designed “an open floor plan that integrates interior/exterior spaces  providing an abundance of natural light,” reads a release. Read: windows galore.
