Dwyane Wade has the abs, now he has an app to call his own.
The Miami Heat guard released his health and fitness app, Dwyane Wade Driven, to iTunes’ App Store on Monday, just hours before his team celebrated its third NBA championship, and second consecutive NBA Finals victory, with a parade in downtown Miami and a rally for season ticket holders at the AmericanAirlines Arena.
The $3.99 app turns the basketball star into a personal trainer. Dwyane Wade Drive includes basketball drills — like the power dribble crossover, ball handling and shooting — along with fitness routines such as disc squats that tone the core and legs to help users improve their stability while shooting the ball.
No word on whether these skills demonstrations would have given the Spurs an advantage in Game 7 last week.
