Land development, construction of models under way at Aventura Isles

August 10, 2012 12:23 PM

Land development and construction of the models has begun at Aventura Isles, says sales manager Lauren Arcaro. Construction of the first homes begins next month, so now is the best time to stop by and take advantage of pre-construction pricing, she says.

People looking for a new, luxurious single-family home in a gated master-planned community that’s conveniently located close to major highways, minutes from the world-famous Aventura Mall, top A-rated schools, exquisite South Florida beaches and scrumptious dining should choose Aventura Isles as the place to live, says Arcaro.

“We’ve had such a tremendous response to our new single-family-home community,” says Arcaro. “We have now sold over 200 homes since our opening only six weeks ago, with many prime home sites still available, so reserve your home site today and move into your new home in early 2013,” Arcaro adds. Residents can enjoy jogging trails, 150 acres of land, 37 acres of parks and 20 acres of lakes. There’s something to keep every family member busy, says Arcaro.

The Encore Homebuilders’ team has collectively delivered thousands of new homes throughout Florida and is continuing its significant contribution to the South Florida landscape with its newest community, Aventura Isles. The gated community is a rare gem of undeveloped land in the highly desirable and predominately built-out North Miami-Dade/ South Broward area, says Arcaro. Encore Homebuilders was founded by two of Florida’s most renowned real estate developers with more than 50 years of building expertise.

Encore Homebuilders is dedicated to providing quality new residences at maximum value to families who wish to become proud owners of their Aventura Isles home, says Arcaro.

The three-, four- and five-bedroom, Mediterranean-style homes, pre-construction priced from the $210,000s to more than $300,000, are being offered with a choice of three themed series: the Island, the Caribbean and the Jewel, all of which will be situated throughout the beautifully landscaped and maintenance-free community. Each series boasts four floor plans with a choice of two elevations, including one with a stone facade.

The homes include Kenmore kitchen appliances, 18-inch ceramic tile, granite countertops in a choice of colors, hurricane-impact windows on the first and second floors, luxurious bathrooms with decorator faucets and lighting fixtures.

The sales center is at 190 NE 199th St. (Ives Dairy Road), Suite 106, Miami. It is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. For more information, call toll-free 866-323-9333. To visit, from Interstate 95 take Ives Dairy Road, exit west and travel approximately two miles past NE 195th Street. The temporary office is just past and adjacent to the property entrance on NE 2nd Avenue in the Ives Point Office Building. From Florida’s Turnpike, take the Dolphin Stadium exit, turn right onto NE 199th Street, go east about two miles and just over the canal bridge to the temporary sales office located on the south side of the road in the Ives Point Office Building.
