Miami’s culinary darling, chef Michael Schwartz, is inviting a few friends over again. And they’re sure to bring something delicious. On February 18, Jeffrey Michaud, executive chef and co-owner at Philadelphia’s renowned Osteria and author of Eating Italy: A Chef’s Culinary Adventure, will host an evening inspired by the big boot itself as he whips up four courses of classic Italian eats at Michael’s Genuine (130 NE 40th Street, Miami). Later in the month, on February 23, chef Michael Anthony (pictured above), from New York City’s famed Gramercy Tavern, will take over The Cypress Room (3620 NE Second Avenue, Miami), where he’ll present five courses, including dessert and a cocktail, from his recently published first book, The Gramercy Tavern Cookbook.
