Hughes Pouget and Sylvain Blanc, the duo of acclaimed chefs behind Paris’ prestigious Hugo & Victor chocolate and pastry shop, have for the first time brought their sweet wares to America—by way of Miami. Their premiere U.S. location opened recently at The Webster Miami (1220 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach), for whom they also created a special-edition chocolate collection called the Webster Notebook. Inside this anything-but-average Notebook are 12 milk and dark chocolate spheres filled with semi-liquid caramel infused with unique citrus flavors, including kaffir lime and tangerine.
