And while lining up at restaurants to devour the famously pink claws is a bona fide Miami ritual, why not try using them at home to create a feast your friends and family won’t soon forget?
To show us just how much can be done with stone crabs—because there is so much more than the mustard sauce!—we asked Sam Gorenstein, the brilliant young chef behind South Beach’s and Brickell’s My Ceviche, to create a special menu for a very special INDULGE lunch.
