If you know someone who loves college football, here’s a warning: he or she will be very happy come the holiday season. This year, for the second time in its history, the Orange Bowl Committee will do what it calls “double-host” both the Orange Bowl and the BCS national championship football games. That’s a whole lot of football for any one town, and the man at the center of it all is Eric Poms, the Orange Bowl’s Chief Executive Officer for the last seven years.
