The Kardashian sisters — Kim and Kourtney — on Monday were given a key to the city of North Miami at a special presentation at city hall led by Mayor Andre Pierre.

The sisters were honored because they are now living in the city during the filming of their new E! reality TV show Kim and Kourtney Take Miami. The show’s move came after Miami Beach rolled-up the welcome carport to the idea of another reality show within its city limits.

On Monday, the presentation was moved back an hour, to 12:30 p.m., in the council chambers at city hall at 776 NE 125th St.

Pierre presented the key to the Kardashians and officially welcomed them to North Miami.
