Lennar’s Grand Lakes Estates has move-in-ready homes

July 13, 2012 12:54 PM

At Lennar’s tropical Grand Lakes Estates, just off Bird Road and SW 162nd Avenue in Miami, single-family homes priced from the upper $200,000s and townhomes from the low $200,000s are all move-in-ready with zero closing costs, says a company official.

“Our aesthetic collection of estate homes and townhomes complement the lifestyle residents enjoy at Grand Lakes Estates and are a must-see for anyone looking for an elegant, carefree lifestyle,” says Carlos González, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division. “This lovely community has tropical green areas and sparkling lakes, and is located near shopping, dining and A-rated schools. These homes will sell fast.”

The new townhome models, the Madison, Tahoe and Windsor, all make an exciting first impression and have great curb appeal, says González. Each of the three two-story models boasts at least three bedrooms, two and one-half baths and a garage. All models have an area from 1,742 to more than 1,800 square feet, with the Windsor being the largest of the three with four bedrooms.

Under Lennar’s Everything’s Included program, the Grand Lakes Estates homes are state-of-the-art and include a number of features and upgrades such as 18-inch ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen and laundry room in a choice of decorator colors; a Nexia Home Intelligence System with remote home automation with camera, thermostat and light dimmers; a GE kitchen appliance package; a super-capacity washer and extra-large-capacity dryer; and wood kitchen cabinets in a choice of colors.

Grand Lakes Estates has A-rated elementary, middle and high schools nearby, which makes this community ideal for families with children who want to enjoy living in an intimate enclave within the city, says González.

“Buying a new home at Grand Lakes Estates will be one of the best moves you’ll ever make. You will have an attractive new home that is convenient to shopping, dining and schools,” says González.

The Welcome Home Center and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 866-688-7052 or visit the center at Crystal Lakes, at 6523 SW 162nd Ave. in Miami. Other Lennar communities can be viewed at Lennar.com/FloridaDeals. Realtor participation is welcome with up to 5 percent commission.
