Chances are high that MVP LeBron James and the rest of the Miami Heat will be rained on as the parade celebrating their victory rolls across downtown Miami.
Thanks to Tropical Depression Debby, the National Weather Service has put at 60 percent the chance of rain on Monday during the 11 a.m. parade.
Cancellation of the celebration seems out of the question. The parade and the Miami Heat party for fans inside the arena are billed as rain or shine events.
But the convertibles carrying the players may have to be equipped with giant umbrellas.

Overnight, workers set up metal barricades along both sides of the parade route, which begins at Southwest Eighth Street and Second Avenue, heads to Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard and ends in front of the AmericanAirlines Arena.
Tickets for the celebration inside the arena are sold out.
