For nearly 59 years, Lennar has introduced the best in design and value to Florida families, creating homes and communities that fit unique lifestyles, says a company spokesperson.
Now the Next Gen – The Home Within a Home by Lennar is a collection of home designs that allow extended families to live together, while still maintaining each other’s privacy.
Lennar is the first national home builder to recognize the need of individual buyers and families to “double up” in order to share the cost of their mortgage and other living expenses, says the spokesperson.
Next Gen – The Home within a Home by Lennar is a whole new concept in living space, designed to comfortably accommodate parents, children who’ve returned home, or any other dual living arrangement needed. The private suite can be integrated into the main home’s living space or kept as a private residence; it’s up to the buyer.

This weekend, Lennar is unveiling the gorgeous new home designs at its Napa community in The Vineyards. The designs in the extraordinary community will offer an original architectural style to include stone exteriors, barrel tile roofs, decorative shutters and an abundance of warm exterior colors. The details carry in to the spacious interiors with the use of single and multi-level elevations.
The Napa Collection at The Vineyards community in Homestead has generated quite a bit of interest among buyers who are looking to accommodate multi-generational families in luxurious one- or two-story, four- and five-bedroom, single-family homes priced from the mid-$200,000s, says the spokesperson.
During the grand opening weekend, buyers will have the opportunity to purchase the never-before-seen homes at pre-construction prices and get zero closing costs, plus an upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliance package, says the spokesperson. Families who visit the community today from noon to 3 p.m. can enjoy hot dogs, cookies, refreshments, face painting, balloon making for the kids and a bounce house.
“The housing market is on the upswing, and home buyers from all over will be lined up this weekend in Homestead to learn about our ‘Home Within a Home’ floor plans,” says Carlos Gonzalez, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division.
