72-hour inventory home blowout this weekend at Enclave at Old Cutler

Lennar has recently announced that there will be an extreme sales event this weekend to liquidate the immediate-move-in homes at the community of Enclave at Old Cutler. In addition to the very low, market-driven prices, Lennar is offering these homes to qualified buyers with up to $7,500 toward the down payment and zero closing costs, says a company spokesperson. Buyers can choose from a select number of Everything’s Included single-family designs from the low $200,000s, which include a number of luxury features at no additional cost.

“The current market conditions already dictate historic savings on new homes. At the same time, Lennar is taking it a step farther by offering thousands in additional savings so home buyers can take advantage of making the dream of homeownership a reality,” explains Carlos González, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division. “The stars are aligned, as they say. Everything has come together — available inventory, price reductions, amazing financing, and historic, low interest rates. Put it all together and people can get the deal of a lifetime. This may never happen again.”

González notes that even if a buyer is not sure he or she can acquire a loan, need help with a down payment or has gone through a short sale or foreclosure more than three years ago, there are still ways they can buy a Lennar home. In fact, Lennar’s preferred lender has millions to lend and offers a variety of programs designed specifically for Lennar home buyers. He emphasizes that timing is critical by stating that inventory is dwindling, which means prices and interest rates are on the rise. The market has bottomed out in many areas and is turning, so people should buy now in order to save tens of thousands. If they wait, it will be too late, he adds.

Enclave at Old Cutler is located in the very desirable and prestigious area of Old Cutler, nestled along the shore of Biscayne Bay near Black Point Marina. This family-oriented community offers beautiful lush landscaping, children’s playground and patrolling security. Lake and preserve home sites are available.

The community features a number of single-family home designs with up to five bedrooms and 3,601 square feet from the low $200,000s to the upper $200,000s. Prices include several features and upgrades such as a brick-paver driveway, walkway, entry and patio; 18-inch ceramic tile flooring in a choice of designer colors; natural wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets in a choice of colors; GE appliance package including cooktop range, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers; full-size washer and dryer; and home automation.

Now, every home includes the Nexia Home Intelligence automation system, previously named Schlage, which includes remote, keyless lock on front door, temperature and lighting control and real-time security camera. Everything can be remotely controlled from anywhere with a smartphone or computer with internet access. Previewing these residences has also become an “event” unto itself at Enclave with Lennar’s new interactive touch-screen presentations.
