Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach begins high season on a high note

Condominium sales at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach show no signs of slowing as the high season approaches in South Florida, says a spokesperson for the developer.

A new rush of buyers is expected to continue the trend and push sales at Canyon Ranch to near sell-out levels, says the spokesperson.

“Over the summer, we saw wealthy individuals from Brazil and other parts of South America embrace the luxury lifestyle of health living and purchase residences here,” says Michael Sadov, real estate sales director at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach. “Now, individuals and brokers from the Northeast and Canada are knocking on our doors.”

Over the past year, buyers have closed on more than half of the 207 residences in the North Tower, which, as of October, has less than 90 condominiums and fully furnished models by multiple interior designers still available, adds Sadov.

One-, two- and three-bedroom residences are for sale in the tower, which has a private entrance and valet service.

Prices in the North Tower start at just over $400,000 for one bedroom homes, just over $600,000 for two bedrooms and from $2 million for three bedrooms.
