Estate home living, spacious home sites, all-American value

Centerline Homes’ recent opening of The Ranches at Cooper City was an overwhelming success. The intimate neighborhood features just 20 estate-style residences priced from $449,900 and Centerline Homes’ value and quality construction, says a company official.

“Buyers love the selection of new home designs at The Ranches and the spacious 17,000-plus square-foot lots,” says Deb Marton, vice president of sales for Centerline Homes. “They also understand that this community is an incredible value in today’s market and The Ranches offers a prime Cooper City location.”

The Rancho Las Flores is one of four models available, and is the largest single-story plan with more than 3,200 square feet of living area. The family-friendly design features five bedrooms in a split-plan arrangement, three-and-one-half baths, a huge family room, a large covered veranda, five walk-in closets and a three-car garage. Priced from $464,900, the Rancho Las Flores also includes a lengthy list of standard features such as impact-resistant windows and sliding glass doors, 18-inch ceramic tile floors throughout all living areas, maple cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen and all full baths, brick-paver driveway and walkway, and a 525-square-foot covered veranda.

Kitchens are the heart of any home and at The Ranches at Cooper City they’re more sensational than ever, says Marton. Maple cabinetry with 42-inch upper cabinets and crown molding detail are available in several colors; granite countertops, a center island and a full complement of stainless steel Whirlpool appliances including a smooth-surface cooktop, built-in microwave oven, a separate wall oven and even double dishwashers are all standard. The Rancho Las Flores’ kitchen also features practical appointments such as overhead lighting, a spacious pantry and a breakfast bar that’s perfect for meals on the go or gracious formal entertaining.

“Centerline Homes has also created Owner’s Suites at The Ranches that are both memorable and exciting,” says Marton. “Each Owner’s Suite includes a coffered ceiling, abundant closet space, and an Owner’s Bath that’s a real knockout.” Owner’s Baths include Roman-style soaking tubs, separate stall showers, adult-height his-and-hers vanities with granite countertops, linen closets, and oversize coordinated tile on the floor and shower walls.

In addition to being easily accessible to interstates 595 and 75, Florida’s Turnpike and I-95, The Ranches is one block away from one of Cooper City’s many parks. Shopping is very convenient and nightlife choices such as the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino are just minutes away.
