Phase two of Estate Mansions now under construction

All existing inventory has been sold, and Shores Development has broken ground on its second phase at Estate Mansions in Southwest Miami-Dade County.

The spacious homes have three to five bedrooms, with options of up to three-car garages, and a spacious fenced backyard providing privacy and tranquility to the half-acre estate, says a company spokesperson.

The homes are priced from the mid $200,000s and feature flowing floor plans with many upgrades including granite counters, tile floors and top-quality appliances.

“Phase one came and went! Buyers couldn’t have enough of these houses at these prices. Shores Development produces excellent houses with lavish upgrades that our new home buyers appreciate,” says real estate agent Jeannete Iglesias. “Most upgrades are already included in these great prices and without a homeowners association, buyers are not caught up with the added monthly expense; Buyer demand couldn’t be better.”

Shores Development has been developing land and homes since the 1950s, and is one of the bigger developers in Miami-Dade County.

These buyers are ready to buy now, and developers like Shores provide the perfect solution; a new home with warranties, upgrades, and a hassle free transaction at today’s prices.”

There are many buyer incentives available; including in-house financing with the developer contributing up to six percent of closing costs for the buyer if a Shores Development preferred lender is used.

New homes presently under construction will be ready for immediate occupancy and buyers can close in as little as 60 days.

Buyers are encouraged to visit the sales offices at 13241 SW 216 Ter., Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
