Vizcayne unveils the largest new condo showcase in Miami

For everyone and anyone shopping for a new condominium in South Florida, downtown Miami’s Vizcayne is now the de facto city showcase for some of the best in condo living and design, says a spokesperson for the developer.

As exclusive broker Philip Spiegelman of ISG puts it: “From 530-square-foot studios to two-story lofts, from water-view one bedrooms to city-view two bedrooms, from three bedrooms with double terraces to penthouses with double floors, Vizcayne now has a model, a palette and a style that cover the spectrum for condo buyers of all price ranges.”

The spectacular setting of Vizcayne’s two 49-story towers on Biscayne Bay is matched by the extraordinary scope and style of the 10 new models designed and decorated by Pompano Beach-based Interiors by Steven G. The 25-year-old firm is a longtime leader in Florida interior design, with a worldwide clientele and one of the industry’s largest showrooms and deepest staffs.

“No other firm in Florida brings the talent, resources and capability that Steven G delivers time after time,” says ISG principal Craig Studnicky. “We asked them to create decorated models that dramatized the Vizcayne lifestyle, and they delivered a showcase of Miami’s urbane style that everyone in real estate is talking about. Every day we have dozens of requests for photos and samples, not to mention buyers who want their residences delivered exactly like the model.”

The “New Condo Showcase” is open to the public daily, beginning with a 34th floor tour overlooking the city and the bay. For details and hours, call 786-347-7440. Free valet parking is available at the Vizcayne south lobby entrance at 253 NE 2nd St., just off Biscayne Boulevard. Exclusive brokers International Sales Group represent Vizcayne sales. Prices range from $200,000 to more than $2 million. Vizcayne is an investment property by Rockwood Capital, a $4 billion real estate investment firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
