Trump Hollywood condominium tower showcases exclusive artwork, penthouse 2 gallery

From its inception, art has been an integral part of Trump Hollywood’s design and architecture, says a company official.

The project’s visionary, Jorge M. Perez, chairman and CEO of The Related Group, is an art connoisseur and worked hand-in-hand with world-renowned interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg and James Robertson Art Consultants to procure a collection that perfectly complements the 41-story glass condominium tower.

Central to the lobby are a quartet of towering, 11- to 18-foot tall polished stainless steel sculptures created specifically for the space by Japanese artist Sawada Hirotoshi. Other pieces include an abstract metal sculpture by Damon Hyldreth positioned at the edge of the lobby reflecting pool; a giant photomural in the spa by Canadian artist Barbara Cole; and photographs throughout the common areas by Daniel De Azoulay and Cara Barer.

Now, Trump Hollywood is partnering with CRAM Integrated Spaces to feature three distinguished artists in the tower’s magnificent, 9,000-square-foot penthouse 2. Numerous murals by Colombian Marcella Collazos, Venezuelan Gloria Mila de la Roca and American Michael Patterson are positioned throughout the living areas of the residence, creating a unique Trump Hollywood art gallery. All of the pieces are available for sale. Viewings are by appointment and can be arranged by calling the sales center.

“It’s a perfect use of the penthouse space,” said Charles Phelan, partner in BH3, the new owner and developer of Trump Hollywood. “Prospective Trump Hollywood buyers, along with guests at our recent events, have marveled at the collection. Some have even invited friends and family to view the pieces during follow-up visits to the property.”

Masterfully conceived and impeccably realized, Trump Hollywood’s innovative architecture by the celebrated Robert M. Swedroe won the “Building of America” Award, Phelan adds. And now, the tower features attractively priced residences with stunning Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and city views.

Trump Hollywood was acquired in late 2010 by BH3, a South Florida-based real estate firm, and King Street Capital, a $20 billion New York-based global alternative investment management firm. Along with Trump, The Related Group and Fortune Development Sales, the team provides sound financial backing and tremendous relevant experience, Phelam says. Sales at Trump Hollywood have soared in 2011 with a total of more than $60 million secured in just the past five months.

Trump Hollywood features two-, three-, and five-bedroom residences from 2,100 to more than 5,000 square feet, plus expansive terraces. Two bi-level penthouse residences on the tower’s 41st floor encompass nearly 9,000 square feet. Fronting 240 feet of pristine beachfront, Trump Hollywood is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, just minutes from such renowned destinations as Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, and Las Olas Boulevard. The development is also a short stroll from the city’s celebrated beach Broadwalk, one of the Top Five in the United States (Travel & Leisure).

Amenities include a wine cellar and tasting salon; cigar room; interactive club room; library/private dining area ideal for board meetings, conferences and private dinners; elevated pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; and 4,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art spa and fitness center featuring a yoga studio and treatment rooms.
