Shores Development, Shores Realty announce pre-construction prices at Estate Mansions and Redland Ranches

“Shores Development announces for the first time in four years pre-construction pricing on new homes at our new communities Estate Mansions and Redland Ranches in southwest Miami-Dade County,” stated Vice President Tony Palumbo. “It is our belief that the South Kendall market has stabilized and now is the time to begin to build new homes again.”

The homes have three, four and five bedrooms, a garage and a spacious fenced backyard. The communities are centrally located just west of Florida’s Turnpike in Southwest Miami-Dade County. There are no association fees.

Redland Ranches is open every weekend from noon to 5 p.m. and by appointment throughout the week. Shores Realty is open seven days a week at 13241 SW 216th Ter. Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
