Lennar hosts grand opening of two communities in Miami-Dade County

This weekend, Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, kicks off the grand opening of two new communities, Coral Lakes and Garden Estates at Kendall, a company spokesperson says.

Lennar’s Coral Lakes community at the prime location of Coral Way (SW 26th Street) and SW 147th Avenue provides buyers with new townhomes and patio homes with one- and two-car garages. The homes start from the low $200,000s. A lake takes center stage in the community.

There are four two-story townhome floor plans to choose from, with three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths, and a garage. Plans range from 1,750 to 2,033 square feet.

There are two two-story patio home floor plans to choose from, featuring four to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths and a two-car garage. Loft area, sitting area and covered terraces are also available depending on floor plan selected. Plans range from 2,836 to 3,252 square feet.

Lennar also opens Garden Estates at Kendall. The new community provides buyers with the opportunity to live life with comfort in West Kendall. Buyers can choose from new estate homes and townhomes starting from just the low $200,000s. The community is at SW 157th Avenue and SW 120th Street, next to Kendall-Tamiami Airport.

There are six single-family-home floor plans to choose. The one- and two-story homes feature three to five bedrooms, two-and-one-half to four-and-one-half baths, and a two-car garage. Breakfast areas, covered terraces and loft areas are also available depending on the plan selected. Floor plans range from 2,250 to 3,817 square feet.

The community also includes four two-story townhome floor plans to choose from, featuring three and four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, family or great room and a garage. Plans range in size from 1,724 to 2,017 square feet.
