Sofia Estates has new homes with upgrades from the low $200,000s

Buyers can get a new home at Sofia Estates with many upgrades at a competitive price, without the hassles associated with short sales and bank foreclosures, says Daverlee Stewart, sales manager at Shores Development.

Sofia Estates is open every weekend from noon to 5 p.m. and by appointment throughout the week. Shores Realty is open seven days a week at 13241 SW 216th Ter., Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5:30 p.m.
