A high-speed chase that began in Miami-Dade County ended with a crash in Broward County Wednesday afternoon.
Police were chasing a blue Ford Expedition, that was involved in a strong armed robbery at 4025 NW 4 Terrace.
The suspects fled through the streets of Miami before heading onto Interstate 95 northbound lanes.
The dramatic chase ended when the SUV crashed into the rear end of a tanker truck on the exit ramp from northbound I-95 to Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Broward.
After the crash, one suspect crawled out of the car, fell to the ground, and stopped moving after a Miami police officer pointed a gun at him.
The suspects were treated for injuries after they were arrested.
The driver of the Indian River Transport truck involved in the final crash was transported to a nearby hospital.
