Lennar hosts Summer Splash Home Sales Event this weekend

This weekend home buyers can find the perfect South Florida home just in time for summer. Lennar, one of the nation’s leading home builders, is offering attractive savings opportunities on townhomes, single-family homes and estate homes at its communities from Miami-Dade up to the Treasure Coast, says a company spokesperson.

Lennar is encouraging prospective buyers to not just soak up the sun this summer, but to take action toward purchasing the brand new home of their dreams while pricing and interest rates are still at an all time low, says the spokesperson.

During this weekend’s Summer Splash Home Sales Event, new Lennar homes come with a pool package included or up to $20,000 in options and upgrades. Plus, up to $10,000 savings in closing costs, says the spokesperson.

One of Lennar’s new Miami communities is the Enclave at Old Cutler. The community offers breathtaking single-family homes nestled off of Old Cutler Road just south of 216th Street in Miami. Home buyers will have five distinct floor plans to choose from ranging from 2,005 to 3,601 total square feet with prices starting from the low $200,000s. Homes with lakefront and preserve views are available. The family oriented community will offer beautiful lush landscaping, a playground and easy access to major roadways.
