Buyers making a beeline for Brickell

There has been a lot of good news lately about the resurgence of Miami’s condominium market, particularly in the downtown and Brickell neighborhoods. In the newly released March 2010 update of the Miami Downtown Development Authority’s ongoing market survey, it becomes clear that the upturn is no mere spike of activity but a sustained trend that began in the final quarter of 2009, says a spokesperson for Viceroy Residences.

That may come as a surprise to some, but it confirms what has been obvious at Viceroy Residences since grand opening weekend in late January saw 20 sales in under 48 hours, says the spokesperson.
