A car traveling north Friday morning on Interstate 95 hit a Miami fire rescue truck.
The fire truck was assisting the driver of a car that had spun out of control near Northwest 69th Street. A woman driving a Nissan Murano lost control of her car while changing lanes and hit the truck.
"Wet conditions contributed to the mishap," said Lt. Ignatius Carroll, a spokesman for Miami Fire Rescue.
The woman suffered neck and back injuries and was taken to North Shore Hospital. None of the firefighters were injured.
