In the past 30 days the Sorrento sales center has experienced an unprecedented number of visitors to the property, says a spokesperson for the developer.
More than 100 potential residents were drawn to the sales center by the new pricing structure and rave reviews, says the director of sales and marketing, Michele Fernandez. Sorrento’s new pricing represents a 40 percent reduction across the board combined with attractive financing. Sorrento offers a desirable location and quality construction, says Fernandez.
With only 17 homes remaining, the luxury townhouse community will sell out quickly, says Fernandez.
Ten homes are currently under construction and construction on the other 17 will start in a few weeks, adds Fernandez.

Sorrento offers five floor plans, ranging from more than 1,800 to 2,300 square feet. Prices start from the low $200,000s.
The floor plans feature three and four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths and a garage. Standard features include granite countertops in the kitchen, concrete second floors and Marblelite Roman-style tubs in the master suite.
