Saddle Bridge townhomes in demand, says builder

The new community of Saddle Bridge in Davie has had no end of new home shoppers visiting the sales center and models, says a company official.

“Model homes provide house hunters with a realistic vision of what the possibilities are for living in a new home.” Explains Centerline Homes vice president of sales, Deb Marton. “Over the past few months we’ve had increasing interest in our new townhomes. Many people have realized that now truly is the right time to buy.”

The old saying when looking to buy real estate: location, location, location is still true and we have that at Saddle Bridge in Davie, says Marton. The brand-new boutique townhome community will feature only 78 residences surrounded by mature trees and lush foliage with many of the premium home sites offering lake views, she says.

The prime location, just east of University Drive on Griffin Road offers easy access to Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 95 and Interstate 75 making the commute to work or school easier than ever. Minutes from historic downtown Davie, Hard Rock entertainment and dining, Land Shark Stadium, shopping centers, fine dining, theaters and the growing educational complexes of Nova Southeastern, FIU and UF, Saddle Bridge is rapidly becoming Davie’s most popular townhome community, says Marton.

The Appaloosa model is priced from $199,900, offering two-bedroom suites and two-and-one half baths and spanning 1,408 square feet under air. Complete with a one-car garage the home includes a spacious great room ideal for entertaining guests

The finishes in the home are consistent with Centerline Home’s quality standards as it is complete with an open kitchen with a Whirlpool designer appliance package, including side-by-side refrigerator and ice and water dispenser in the door, plus a smooth-top range and built-in microwave oven. The raised-panel European cabinetry, pantry and recessed lighting make the kitchen the ideal place for cooks of any skill level, she says.

Like all Saddle Bridge homes, the Appaloosa also includes impact-resistant windows and doors, granite kitchen countertops and ceramic tile throughout the first floor living area. The master bath comes complete with an oversized, glass-enclosed shower. Moen faucet, cultured marble countertop, large mirror and dramatic lighting all create a sense of luxury within this sumptuous master suite. Additionally all homes will include Schlage locks and Color Wheel paint.

With architecture that embodies the charm of Davie, the two- and three-bedroom townhomes range from 1,600 to more than 2,000 total square feet and feature either a one- or two-car garage. Each of the three plans also includes an attractive brick paver driveway, walkway and covered rear patio. Elegant coach lights and lush tropical landscaping add to the beauty and charm of the neighborhood.

Completing Saddle Bridge is the community recreation center, featuring a pool, cabana baths and sun deck. There is also a shade pavilion, gazebo and tot lot completing the neighborhood centerpiece. Adjacent to Saddle Bridge, is one of Davie’s famed equestrian trails.
