The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort: Construction in progress

“In March 2008, ground was officially broken to make way for The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort,” says Keith Fordsman, vice president of development for Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc., a part of the Starwood hotels and resorts family. “Now, 18 months later, we have completed vertical construction for both our center hotel tower and private north residential tower. Our third 27-story tower, also designed for private residences, has been poured up to the 14th floor and is slated to be topped off this coming February.”
