Lennar offers fiscal year-end savings on immediate move-in homes

Buyers can get fiscal year-end savings right now on immediate move-in homes as Lennar, one of the nation’s leading home builders, gets ready to accept all reasonable offers on ready to move-in new condos, townhomes and single-family homes at its 15 communities from Miami-Dade through the Treasure Coast, a company official says.

The home builder is urging prospective buyers that this weekend is the time to visit a Lennar community, as historic incentives currently available will soon be history, says the spokesperson.

“As one of the strongest names in the home building industry and currently celebrating our 55th anniversary, all of us at Lennar know that the housing market is turning around and time is running out to take advantage of the current deals and incentive packages being offered to prospective buyers on brand new homes,” says Frank Fernández, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Southeast Florida division. “The positive turn in the housing industry is good news, but the bad news is that prospective home buyers need to realize these historic incentives will not be around much longer.”

Recently there has been coverage in the media regarding the housing market turning around and this means the incredible incentive offers currently available could be quickly coming to an end.

This weekend, Saturday, Sept. 12 and Sunday, Sept. 13, is the time for prospective buyers in Southeast Florida to take action. Now is the opportunity to buy new, buy now and buy Lennar, says Fernández.

The builder has brand-new homes available with payments starting from $991 a month. Furthermore, Lennar is providing zero closing costs on select Southeast Florida residences. Additionally, Lennar’s preferred lender, Universal America Mortgage Company (UAMC), is providing interest rates starting as low as 4.50 percent (5.02 percent APR) fixed for life.

The incentives are in addition to the government’s first-time home buyer tax credit opportunity that is quickly coming to an end. If you haven’t owned a home in the last three years you may qualify to receive this government tax credit of up to $8,000. It’s not a loan, there is no re-payment, but prospective buyers need to act now as this government stimulus ends in November.

One of Lennar’s premier communities in Miami-Dade is Silver Palms, the largest residential community in the Dade county area.
