Lennar

This weekend Lennar is inviting prospective first-time home buyers to visit one of their 17 area communities. The builder encourages all those people who are tired of making rent payments and helping pay off someone else’s mortgage to visit one of its communities and learn how easy it is to buy their own new home, a spokesperson says.

Any prospective first-time home buyer that is nervous about buying a new home and unsure of where to begin should visit a Southeast Florida Lennar community and speak with a new home consultant, says the spokesperson.

Lennar’s consultants can help set prospective home buyers minds at ease by guiding them through every step of the purchasing process, says the spokesperson.

Lennar and its sister companies Universal American Mortgage Company (UAMC) and North American Title (NAT) offer home buyers personal assistance with the home selection, financing options available, and closing of their new home, says the spokesperson.

“Our Company firmly believes everyone should experience the feeling of coming home to a place they can call their very own,” says Frank Fernández, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Southeast Florida division. “What prospective first-time homebuyers need now is a sense of security in making major purchase decisions and with Lennar’s solid reputation they can move more confidently in the direction of owning a brand new home.”

The home builder currently has homes ready for immediate move-in from the Treasure Coast down to the Miami-Dade County area. Monthly payments start as low as $1,337 (PITI)).

Plus, Lennar is offering zero closing costs on select residences in Southeast Florida. Additionally, Lennar’s preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Company (UAMC), is providing interest rates starting as low as 4.75 percent (5.28 percent APR) fixed for life.

The opportunities are on top of the government’s first-time home buyer tax credit of up to $8,000. It’s not a loan, there is no-repayment, but prospective buyers should act now because this opportunity ends in November.

“Lennar is committed to helping customers move forward with their dream of achieving homeownership,” says Fernández. “With the combination of incentives, government tax credit and low financing, there is no reason not to purchase a brand new home.”

One of Lennar’s premier communities in Miami-Dade is Silver Palms. The 292-acre beautifully landscaped master-planned community features lakes, sidewalks and street lighting throughout the community.

An elegant private clubhouse is to be built with an array of amenities for resident’s to enjoy. Silver Palms is just minutes from Florida’s Turnpike and US-1 and offers residents the convenience of nearby shops, movie theatres, places of worship, schools and hospitals.

Lennar’s Silver Palms offers home buyers a selection of single-family homes with ample lot sizes, and spacious townhomes at a great value.

The Majesty Collection at Silver Palms offers two-story, three- or four-bedroom townhomes with one- or two-car garages. The townhomes have large open spaces such as a family room, elegant master bedrooms with coffer ceiling and ample closet areas leading to a well planned master bath with double vanities, shower, and Roman-style tub, and some floor plans even include a loft and balcony on the second floor.

The elevations include designer exterior stone and decorative shutters reminiscent of California-style architecture, which truly make the homes unique. Homes include brick paved driveway, walkway, entry and patio leading to each brand new townhome. All homes include a GE appliance package, ceramic tile in standard areas, and are ready for immediate move-in. Homes in the Majesty Collection range from 2,013 to 2,600 square feet and prices start from the upper $100,000s.
