Bloody Marys, too.

Executive chef Franck Steigerwald oversees a classic menu of brunch favorites, served overlooking the Atlantic Ocean: dry-aged prime rib, salt-crusted sea bass, king crab legs, freshly shucked oysters, caviar, charcuterie, plus an assortment of soups, salads, decadent desserts and Miami’s largest macaron display. Brunch is priced at $95 for adults, $45 for children 12 and younger. Reservations are recommended: 305-993-0700.
