A New Year resolution that’s been a cinch to keep: Heading to the St. Regis Bal Harbour on Sundays for its grand brunch, where rosé wine reigns supreme.
The new brunch – aka Rosé Sundays – runs from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and features a deep selection of bottomless rosé wine, Champagne and the St. Regis’ signature Bloody Mary cocktail.
Executive chef Franck Steigerwald oversees a classic menu of brunch favorites, served overlooking the Atlantic Ocean: dry-aged prime rib, salt-crusted sea bass, king crab legs, freshly shucked oysters, caviar, charcuterie, plus an assortment of soups, salads, decadent desserts and Miami’s largest macaron display.
