If you\u2019re only taking a short trip to Miami, there are certain attractions, activities and restaurants you\u2019ll want to prioritize. For starters, you have <\/em>to make a visit to South Beach \u2014 it\u2019s not a Miami vacation without one! After soaking up some sun on the sand, take a stroll down Ocean Drive to see the unique, colorful architecture of the Art Deco Historic District. When you head into the city, check out the Miami Design District for shopping, dining and art galleries, and spend the evening salsa dancing in Little Havana. Grab brunch on the beach at some of our favorite spots, including The Social Club<\/a> and Serena in the Moxy Miami Hotel<\/a>, which boasts a rooftop beach view.<\/p>

If you have an extra day in Miami, you can certainly spend it shopping, dining and exploring more of South Beach. But if you want to make the most of your time, treat yourself to a massage at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Hotel<\/a>. Then, put on your best outfit and head to Fleming\u2019s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar<\/a> or The Capital Grille<\/a> for some of the best steak and seafood you\u2019ll ever have.<\/p>

Five days in Miami sounds like a dream come true. This gives you the opportunity to not only relax by the beach, explore the city and eat at incredible restaurants, but you\u2019ll also have time to plan a fun excursion or two. Rent a car and take a day trip down to Key West, where you can go snorkeling, see the coral reef and take a photo of the iconic concrete buoy marking the southernmost point of the continental U.S. And if you\u2019re traveling with kids, the Miami Children\u2019s Museum<\/a> or Zoo Miami<\/a> are two great spots for family-friendly fun.<\/p>
