But his fitness routine to prepare for the series was undeniably top-notch. The 31-year-old actor worked hard to get in shape for the HBO series \u2014 and trust us, it showed. So if you’re interested in getting a beach body like his, these are Patrick Schwarzenegger’s fitness must-haves.<\/p>

Patrick Schwarzenegger’s<\/strong> Fitness Accessories<\/h3>

Earbuds:<\/strong> Schwarzenegger revealed to E! News<\/em> that Apple AirPods Pro 2<\/a> were one of his packing essentials<\/a> for Thailand. Along with using them to nap and relax on the airplane, they’re great for working out.<\/p>

Sneakers:<\/strong> As an avid runner and the new face of Brooks<\/a>, it’s no surprise that the Brooks Glycerine Max<\/a> is Schwarzenegger’s sneaker of choice. “The shoes were fantastic for for me. I did a lot of beach runs,” he told E! News<\/em>. “It was also a great way to bond with some of the other cast-mates \u2014 going to the gym, working out, or going on walks and runs.” <\/p>

Smart Watch: <\/strong>Even when he isn’t at the gym or going for a run, hitting 10,000 steps is extremely important to Schwarzenegger and tracks his steps using the Apple Watch Series 10<\/a>.<\/p>

“I have an obsession with hitting 10,000 steps everyday on my Apple Watch,” he explained to E! News<\/em>. “If I don\u2019t hit it, it just crushes me. So, I just go on long walks in the airport.”<\/p>

Patrick Schwarzenegger’s Pre- and Post-Workout Fuelings<\/h3>

Protein Bars: <\/strong>Protein bars are a standard for folks who enjoy working out, and Patrick Schwarzenegger’s bars of choice are Mosh Bars<\/a>, which is the company he runs alongside his mom. “I had to eat pretty clean for my character,” he told The Kitchn<\/em> of his snacking habits while filming in Thailand<\/a>. <\/p>
