In 2023 she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/miami-com\/restaurants\/article273773325.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener follow\">won the Herald Chef Showdown<\/a>, and in 2024, had a highly memorable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/miami-com\/restaurants\/article290839934.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener follow\">blindfolded restaurant pop-up<\/a>.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So naturally, she has a host of cooking utensils that get her through the day.
