Miami natives and foodies nationwide likely recognize the name Adrianne Calvo. The local chef’s fine dining restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant & Bar, is popular for its Napa-inspired cuisine. She’s also been featured on NBC and The Montel Williams Show<\/em>, has written numerous cookbooks, and even has her own line of wines. In 2023 she won the Herald Chef Showdown<\/a>, and in 2024, had a highly memorable blindfolded restaurant pop-up<\/a>.<\/p>

So naturally, she has a host of cooking utensils that get her through the day. We spoke to Adrianne Calvo (who like Gordon Ramsey turns out to be nuts about HexClad) about her kitchen must-haves, including knife sets<\/a>, frying pans<\/a> and carving boards<\/a>. And honestly, I filled my cart after I spoke to her.<\/p>
