Leonardo DiCaprio gets an early jump on Art Basel

Leonardo DiCaprio, an Art Basel regular, got in town early and was seen supping Sunday at Scarpetta with LIV honcho David Grutman and about 30 other people.

While last year's big rumor was that Lady Gaga was expected to show up at Art Basel (she didn't), this year, we are eagerly anticipating the hopeful arrival of Brangelina — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who may or may not show up at some of the Art Basel events at the quietly opened, hyper swanky Faena Miami Beach, for which Pitt, also a furniture designer, has also designed a communal table in the wine room. Jolie, however, is the president of the honorary committee of the Cambodian International Film Festival which runs from Friday through Dec. 10. Cambodia, Miami. Hmm. Stay tuned.

Dwayne Johnson and the cast of HBO hit Ballers were seen lunching at Seaspice Wednesday. Filming an upcoming episode of the show, The Rock took to his Instagram account with a snapshot of himself with pro footballer Ndamukong Suh along the restaurant’s dock, writing, “A friend, a businessman and the NFL’s most fearsome and nasty teddy bear @ndamukong_suh. Very cool for my character to be a financial advisor and mentor to my clients who are some of the most talented and ambitious athletes on the planet.”

Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar was overheard saying he was excited to be at Zuma Miami last weekend where he ate while in town for the Miami Book Fair. Also spotted in the main restaurant were Gloria and Emilio Estefan, who, according to our spies, were enjoying a wine consultation and thoughtful conversation with friends before heading off to Washington, D.C., for their big Presidential Medal of Freedom honor at the White House. Miami Heat Player Justise Winslow hosted a post-game celebration with teammates and friends in the private room at Zuma. Empire musical producer Timbaland was also recently spotted at sceney eatery, where he enjoyed roasted lobster and mojitos.

The Hoopshall Miami Invitational held a Hall of Fame Legends Luncheon Wednesday at AmericanAirlines Arena presented by Moet & Chandon for the likes of Pat Riley, Bob McAdoo, Jamal Mashburn, Alonzo Mourning, Cliff Hagan, Kenny Anderson and Louis Dampier. Designer Nicole Miller was seen having dinner Friday at The Forge with owner Shareef Malnik.

Music mogul Clive Davis was seen Saturday dining with tennis great Martina Navratilova and other guests in the wine room at Prime 112.

Casting directors from Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club will be holding an audition from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at The Burger & Beer Joint, 900 S. Miami Ave., #130. “This season, Bad Girls Club will bring together a cast of social media stars in a beautiful mansion,” reads a release. “These digital divas are independent, opinionated, outspoken, or endlessly entertaining and have made a name for themselves on social media platforms.
