Pregnant model Karolina Kurkova and husband Archie Drury were seen supping at The Forge on Sunday with Martina Navratilova, who was celebrating her 59th birthday with wife Julia Lemigova. Also at the same Miami Beach restaurant that evening, Karina Iglesias, a 2013 finalist on The Voice, earned a standing ovation with a live impromptu performance.

Ne-Yo celebrated his 36th birthday Saturday with DJ Jack-E at La Côte at the Fontainebleau, while Robin Thicke, in town for a performance at the REVOLT conference, was seen lunching with Spike Lee. The Blurred Lines singer had dinner later that night with 5-year-old son Julian and 20-year-old model girlfriend April Love Geary at StripSteak by Michael Mina. Thicke and Geary were also photographed playing in the surf with Julian, whose mom is actress Paula Patton.

Hip hop duo Rae Sremmurd (brothers Khalif and Aaquil Brown) staged a surprise performance Sunday at E11EVEN Miami. The guys performed a few of their hit songs, including This Could Be Us and No Type.

After a week making the talk show circuit as a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Today and Meredith, actress Gabrielle Union was seen breaking a sweat during a Saturday afternoon workout at Anatomy at 1220. Later that night, Union was seen dining with a few family members and friends at Cleo at The Redbury.

Lingerie model Rachel Mortenson was seen having dinner Thursday with “a gentleman friend” at Chef Mike Pirolo’s modern-Asian concept at the Marlin Hotel, BaZi, where she was overheard raving about the frozen cocktail with the kitschy name “Text an Uber,” as well as the Cantonese-style Florida shrimp.

The Red Bull Music Academy United States of Bass is bringing its celebration of bass music to Miami with a series of events this week. Among them, an invitation-only lecture at 5 p.m. Friday at Coyo Taco, 2300 NW 2nd Ave., featuring 2-Live Crew front man and bass music legend Luther Campbell who will rap on the beginning of bass music in Miami, the impact the music had on the first amendment and the styles of bass music around the nation. Russell Simmons, VH1 Couples Therapy stars and Boca Raton residents Jaclyn Stapp and her recently rehabbed rocker hubby Scott Stapp, and former Miami Dolphins QB Sage Rosenfels have all committed to donating online to local Miami-based charity Gene Spotlight, Inc. on Nov. 19, through a one-day fundraising drive through Give Miami Day, which “allows all individuals in our community to make a philanthropic impact by collectively supporting our local nonprofit organizations.” The Miami Foundation, Knight Foundation and assorted partners will maximize the community’s generosity by making a bonus gift for every donation between $25 and $10,000 received on givemiamiday.org.
