This month’s issue of Elliman magazine features a cover and exclusive interview with Gloria Estefan, who along with her husband Emilio, are poised to take Broadway by storm as the musical based on their lives and career, On Your Feet, began previews in New York last week. The Miami Heat’s Udonis Haslem took a break from practice over the weekend to check out Blaze Pizza in Davie after news broke that LeBron James signed a multi-year endorsement deal with the build-your-own pizza chain. James is an original investor in the company and part-owner of the Chicago and Miami franchise, with three South Florida locations.

Dwyane Wade and wife Gabrielle Union were proud to pour their respective new wines, Wade Wine, and Vanilla Puddin Chardonnay Friday at StripSteak at the Fontainebleau for Ocean Drive Magazine’s party feting Wade, their men’s issue cover star. Said Wade, “This is the first time anyone in the U.S. has tasted my wine so thank you and make sure you get home safe.” Wade looked dapper in an Adrien Sauvage suit, Union sleek in a Rochas skirt; the couple both sported shoes by Saint Laurent.

The couple, also celebrating their one-year anniversary, are getting ready for another celebration as Union turns 43 on Oct. 29. Said Wade, “There are slight surprises, but she tells me what she wants so she is not disappointed. I want her to have a great time.”

Miami Dolphins player Earl Mitchell teamed up with Hennessy for an exclusive birthday celebration and influencer dinner Friday at Seaspice’s Modern Garden. The dinner, attended by Mitchells’ teammates, consisted of a five-course fine dining experience paired with Hennessy High Marque Collection brands; Hennessy XO and Paradis Imperial.

Congrats to The Broken Shaker for landing on the list of The World’s 50 Best Bar Awards 2015. The Miami Beach bar, at no. 14, is the highest placed U.S. bar outside of New York. Mod scientists and mixologists Elad Zvi and Gabe Orta traveled to London for the awards where many creative cocktails were consumed.
