Designer and new owner of The Raleigh, Tommy Hilfiger, was seen dining solo Wednesday at AQ in the Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach, where we’re told he made conversation with his server, even looking for him before he left to say goodbye and shake his hand. Hilfiger, says our spy, has been visiting luxury properties in search of inspiration for the redesign of The Raleigh. He was in town with wife Dee Ocleppo, who launched her line of posh handbags at Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour.
