Marc Anthony rings in 47th birthday, Spanish royals dine out

Marc Anthony celebrated his 47th birthday Wednesday with close friend and Related Group honcho Jorge Pérez at Cantina La Veinte.

The King and Queen of Spain had a royal dinner Thursday at La Mar by Gaston Acurio at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. King Felipe, awarded Miami Dade College’s Presidential medal, lectured more than 1,000 people while his wife, Queen Letizia, sported an elegant 1920s flapper-esque coat and dress. The couple were last seen in D.C., where they visited President Barack Obama at the White House.

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade were seen doing some late night snacking Wednesday at Wynwood Kitchen & Bar. On Saturday, the couple was seen supping at The Forge.

Angela Simmons celebrated her 28th birthday over the weekend at Sugar Factory on Ocean Drive. The daughter of the Rev. Joseph aka “Run” Simmons dined with a group of girlfriends. Simmons continued the festivities Friday at STK, this time with Oklahoma City Thunder star Serge Ibaka, who was also celebrating his 26th. Among the party of 40: Ibaka’s longtime girlfriend, singer Keri Hilson.

Ocean Drive magazine threw a party Saturday at Cafe Nikki in Nikki Beach in honor of its annual September fashion issue. Cover girl/supermodel Kate King hosted.

Magic Johnson's speech Tuesday at Miami Dade charter school SLAM (Sports Leadership and Management) to discuss the importance of health and education in conjunction with Simply Healthcare was cancelled “due to unforeseen reasons.”
