Singer Shakira has listed her Miami Beach mansion for sale again, according to records, and she hired her half-brother as her agent.
His mission: Get her an extra million over the latest price.
The singer of Hips Don’t Lie and Whenever Wherever now wants $13.9 million for her feng shui house on fancy North Bay Road.
A former coach on NBC’s The Voice, Shakira lives mostly in Spain with her soccer-playing hubby, Gerard Pique. She has been trying to get rid of the crib for two years.
Shakira pulled the house off the market in March 2014 after Gossip Extra broke the story that her then-Realtor was a former drug cartel money-laundering guru.
Shakira won’t have that type of public relations problem this time around: She hired half-brother Antonio Mebarak, who received his real estate license in August, records show.
Gossip Extra reached him in the mountains of Colombia, and he said the listing is his first biggie.
“The house sells itself,” he said. “It’s a beautiful place. Everything is white inside. Everything is the best.”
Shakira originally put the place on the market in 2013 for $14.95 million. In 2014, she lowered the price by $2 million. According to Miami-Dade County property records, Shakira, 38, bought the 8,300-square-foot digs in 2001 for $3.3 million. The main house boasts six bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms with light wood floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, hardwood pool deck, large dock and, of course, a sweeping view of Biscayne Bay.
Speaking of celebrity real estate: Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen no longer wants to sell his Fort Lauderdale property.
No takers after more than five years on, and off, the market.
Pip, Michael Jordan’s lieutenant during the Bulls’ run for six NBA championships, first put the 10,000-square-foot canal-fronter in Harbor Beach up for sale for $16 million in 2010.
There is, after all, a full-size basketball court alongside the house and the replica of Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel painting on the foyer ceiling. His latest price was $11.8 million.
Pippen, whose allegedly drunk daughter was arrested last week on charges of urinating on the floor of a hotel lobby in Iowa, spends most of his time in Chicago.
The wife of Boca Raton rocker Scott Stapp has called off their divorce, according to court records.
Former beauty queen Jaclyn Stapp filed court papers showing she no longer wants to divorce the troubled former Creed frontman.
The case is being dismissed six months after she filed.
Scott Stapp, 41, the singer of Arms Wide Open and My Sacrifice, made news in November when he posted rambling video statements on YouTube in which he claimed to be destitute and under “vicious attack” from his family. Stapp also talked about his fear of a biological terror attack on Florida and claimed his family had joined ISIS.
Earlier this year, Jaclyn promised to take him back if he completed drug and alcohol rehab, a source close to the family tells Gossip Extra. In mid-April, Stapp returned home clean and sober after a three-month in-patient program.
The Stapps’ attorney declined comment.
