You, too, could live like a Hialeah rapper if you happen to have a cool million plus to buy the house that just hit the market over the weekend.
Rapper and music producer Elric “E-Class” Prince, whose Poe Boy Music Group publishes tunes by local superstars Flo Rida and Rick Ross, has just listed his tricked-out house for sale at $1.6 million.
The crib’s located at 7215 Port Marnock Dr. in the North Links Country Club area of Hialeah.
Records show Prince bought the property in 2012 for $520,000 then leveled the existing house and built a 7,200-square-foot mansion with some serious bells and whistles.

“It’s a unique property,” said Realtor Alina Kotselapova, whose Julie’s Realty has the listing. “He built it brand new from the ground up.”
So, is Prince leaving town?
“He’s just downsizing,” Kotselapova says, “He’s looking for something near the ocean.”
