Just one day before their scheduled restraining order hearing, Amber Heard is withdrawing allegations that Johnny Depp physically abused her.
A disturbing video recently came to light showing Depp pouring wine and yelling at Heard, as well as a gruesome picture of Depp’s bloodied finger which he cut severely during an alleged argument with his wife. The video and picture were both reportedly going to be used as potentially career killing evidence in her domestic violence case that now will not happen. Because yes, the famous couple’s divorce case is now settled.

They released a statement to People:
“Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity.”
So how much will Heard get?
TMZ reports the 53-year-old Oscar nominated actor — who was born in Kentucky but moved to Miramar in 1970 — will pay Heard just around $7 million including legal fees.
Heard, 30, filed for divorce in May after 15 months of marriage.
There was no prenup.
The two met on the set of the 2011 film “The Rum Diary.”
