Candice Galek started an online swimwear retailer in her Miami Beach home two years ago with a lot of moxie, drive and social media influence. Bikini Luxe has since grown into a warehouse with 50 employees around the world and Shannon de Lima (aka Mrs Marc Anthony) as its spokeswoman. The company’s latest news: a service that offers same day two-hour, Uber-style delivery for local residents and tourists.
