Not many could fault whip smart Megyn Kelly for her coverage at the Republican National Convention Wednesday night. But they could certainly put the Fox News anchor on blast for her wardrobe choice. Kelly was wearing a sleeveless, low cut top (the camera did not pan to the entire outfit so it was unclear whether it was a dress). The next day social media users were in an uproar. Some complained because her boss Roger Ailes is facing a sexual-harassment lawsuit from Gretchen Carlson, a former Fox News host.
This isn’t the first or last time viewers have criticized reporters’ style of dress. Back in March, KTLA meteorologist Liberte Chan, wearing a black beaded dress, was thrown a sweater by a colleague during a weather report after email complaints. “I look like a librarian now,” said Chan after covering up.

WAVE 3 News Shannon Hori Cogan in Louisville, Kentucky (formerly of Miami) took to Facebook saying she had received an email because her shirt was too yellow. Yes.
