Elle Macpherson: She’s in Miami now

Elle Macpherson is getting herself comfortable. The supermodel who married billionaire real-estate mogul Jeff Soffer last summer tells Ocean Drive’s November issue that she’s embracing her adopted hometown of Miami — and has severed ties with the past.

“This is a very different experience, settling here with a family, consciously,” says the Sports Illustrated stunner, who reveals that she sold her apartment in New York and no longer has real estate in London.

Macpherson did it all for love.

“My greatest gift is my husband who [sic] I adore and our family; we have five children between us in different parts of the country, and life is rich and fulfilling and sometimes really hectic.”

Indeed: Macpherson shares custody of two boys with her ex, French financier Arpad Busson, who recently split with Uma Thurman; Soffer has three kids with his ex-wife, who lives in Aspen, Colorado.

The native Australian also hit another milestone this year: The Body, as she was first called in her ’80s heyday, turned 50 back in March.

No biggie, really.

“I’ve been preparing for this stage of my life for a long time,” she says. “In my 40s, I started to focus on health and wellness; I stopped drinking and taking any drugs — even aspirin — and I began really cleaning out my system.”

Squeaky-clean Elle is so focused on her health that she started a food-supplements company, WelleCo., with the money the couple saved by not throwing a huge birthday bash for her 50th, she told the mag.

Developed by Aussie nutritionist Dr. Simone Laubscher, WelleCo.’s Super Elixir super greens powder can be sprinkled over salads or mixed into juices and smoothies, and Elle, who is the face of the brand, says it does a body good by helping to balance your pH levels. It also includes a probiotic blend and Siberian ginseng.

She and Soffer will be at the VIP opening of Fontainebleau’s new restaurant Stripsteak on Wednesday to celebrate her Ocean Drive cover status.

Don’t expect to see too many pics from the evening, at least from Elle’s social-media accounts.

“I don’t really do selfies,” she admitted.
