Work out with Miami’s top chefs; young talent at BleauLive concert

Sunday, Sweaty Sunday

Let them see you sweat! Sean Brasel, Dena Marino and a handful of other local chefs will get out from behind their stoves Sunday for some exercise, and they’re inviting you to work out with them. The event is called Fit to Fight: Box & Lunch, and it’s to raise awareness for Live to Fight, a non-profit helping those with life-threatening illnesses.

Attendees who pay $60 a pop will, um, kick off the festivities with an hour-long class at boxing studio Sobekick led by former Miami Dolphins tight end Jason Rader, before enjoying a protein-laden refueling at Meat Market.

Reservations for the class and lunch: 305-532-0088.
