What is going on over at the Glee set? Chaos Town is what. On Thursday we saw a Tweet from Chris Colfer (who plays Kurt Hummel) that read, “Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly…” Yowza. Then his likely horrified rep said the actor’s account was “hacked.” Another update came soon after from 20th Century Fox TV: “Rumors of his dismissal from Glee could not be further from the truth. We love Chris and look forward to working with him again this season.” Time will tell, as it always does.

Two months after welcoming their son, David Arquette and Christina McLarty are making it legal, the actor’s rep confirms to E! News. Arquette, 42, and the entertainment reporter, 33, are heading to Aspen to celebrate. His ex, Courteney Cox, just got engaged to Johnny McDaid, but we doubt they will have dual ceremonies. The actor’s son, musician Weston Cage (mom is the Oscar winner’s ex, Christina Fulton), welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday, Lucian, with wife Danielle, a rep for the pair confirms to Us Weekly. We doubt Cage, 50, is going to haul out the rocking chair yet: He has 8-year-old son, Kal-El, with wife Alice Kim.
Three people involved in a movie about Gregg Allman were indicted on felony charges stemming from a fatal crash in which a freight train plowed into the film’s crew in southeast Georgia. A grand jury returned charges of involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespassing against Midnight Rider director Randall Miller as well as his wife/business partner and the executive producer. Each could face up to 11 years in prison for the February death of camera assistant Sarah Jones, 27, who was killed after being struck by a train while shooting footage on a bridge.

Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of the Grand Theft Auto video games. The actress says the latest installment used her image and created a character based on her without her permission. In her lawsuit, the one and only La Lohan says a paparazzi-hounded character named Lacey Jonas is an “unequivocal” reference to her.
