MIAMI SNAPS

How famous is Jessie J? So famous that the Bang Bang singer can’t go out for a jog without a bodyguard. The 26-year-old documented her pre-concert exercise routine Sunday on Instagram, a few hours before she took the stage at the Fillmore.

Using the hashtag #Miami, the Brit later posted a picture of a diet-busting lunch of hamburger and fries, with the caption, “Meh.” All good. Jessie later burned off the calories during the Miami Beach stop on her “Sweet Talker” tour. She wore a black T-shirt with “Miami” written across the front in white letters.

Eagle- eyed social media followers noted the picture from her balcony was taken at The Mondrian.

NEW GRANDPA

Rocker Steven Tyler wouldn’t let a little thing like becoming a new grandpa keep him away from an important cause.

The Aerosmith legend, 66, was the special guest at Saturday night’s 10th Annual Everglades Foundation Gala at the The Breakers in Palm Beach. Lacoste partnered with the nonprofit to develop a three-year program aiming at measuring the water quality by studying the migration patterns of crocodiles and alligators living in this natural ecosystem.

Tyler performed with his touring band, Loving Mary. Everglades Foundation CEO Eric Eikenberg tweeted a picture of the singer with a plate of dessert.

Just three days earlier, his 37-year-old daughter, actress Liv Tyler, gave birth to a boy (the new dad is Liv’s boyfriend, British sports agent David Gardner). Since the boy came six weeks early, her family wasn’t prepared.

“When I got the call that [Liv] was going into labor, after crying like a baby myself, I immediately dropped everything and went to the airport to get on the next available flight,” the rocker shared on Facebook.

“So proud of my Alpha Pup,” wrote the music vet from the hospital a few hours after the birth.

Steven Tyler is also a grandfather to Liv’s 10-year-old son, Milo, from her marriage to Spacehog musician Royston Langdon.

BOATS WITH THE MOST

Guests at VanDutch USA’s VIP party Thursday at the Ritz-Carlton Residences celebrating the annual Miami International Boat Show were duly impressed by Miami nightlife impresario David Grutman’s very own VanDutch 55, the S.S. Groot. You may recall that was the sleek speedster that his pal Sean Combs collided into last summer. In the crowd: actor and producer Vincent De Paul (Riding in Cars with Boys, TV’s Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret, SoBe Real).

WE HEART SOBE

Virginia may be for lovers, but South Beach is no slouch. Model Kate Upton and her baseball-playing beau, Justin Verlander, spent Valentine’s Day weekend soaking up the sun and the relatively chilly weather. The couple were all smiles for the camera according to his Instagram account. In one picture the two can be seen at Juvia, atop 1111 Lincoln Road, posing with the lights of the city behind them.

“Had a great weekend capped off by an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner. Hope everyone had a great day as well,” wrote Verlander, who pitches for the Detroit Tigers.

DO-GOODERS

Be on the lookout for a logo-marked Jeep rolling around Dade doing sweet things all day Tuesday. To honor Random Acts of Kindness Day, a team from Kind snack bars promises to perform 24 acts of niceness (for each hour of the clock). The action starts at 8 a.m. at the downtown Miami Whole Foods, 299 SE Third Street, where the first 50 customers receive a free regular coffee along with a special cup sleeve with an inspiring note. From 3-5 p.m. Miami Dolphins linebacker Koa Misi is participating by visiting sick kids at Holtz Children’s Hospital at Jackson Memorial.
