They teach teams to work in short cycles, adapt to change, and deliver more value to customers faster.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/careers-education\/project-management-skills\/\">project management skills<\/a> are valuable in fast-paced, compliance-based industries like healthcare, law, and finance.
