Fork on the Road Recipe: Feta Cheese Dip

DIP

FETA CHEESE DIP

Use a good feta for this and serve with warm or toasted pita bread as an appetizer.

•  ½ pound feta cheese

• Juice of 1 lemon (3-4 tablespoons)

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

With a fork, crush the feta and mash with the lemon juice and the oils until smooth. Makes 6 servings.
